The month of April brings us many moments of joy and to connect with each other. From Easter to Ramadan, our communities had lots to offer. Check out these events and keep an eye out for some great activities later this month!
From 23 March to 21 April, Muslims around the world are celebrating the holy month of Ramadan. Breaking the fast with friends and loved ones when the sun has set is a great way to connect with one another — but there are many unique Ramadan traditions from around the world. Most of them revolve around the themes of generosity, charity, and kinship.
On Thursday, 6 April our Doha Community enjoyed an Iftar event at the luxurious Four Seasons Doha. For them, it was a time for reflection, gratitude, and giving back to the community. The stunning venue was a great place to break the fast with like-minded expats and enjoy the traditional Ramadan atmosphere.
On Thursday, 13 April our Ambassadors of Lahore invited members of their community to an Iftar dinner. Our members gathered to share some delicious food and enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting together.
The members of our Tunis DinnerNations Group had their own Ramadan get-together. On Saturday, 15 April they enjoyed an after-Iftar dessert. They met up at La Marsa where they enjoyed a coffee with pistachio croissants or creamy chocolate cakes. The pastries made for many happy smiles!
Whether you celebrate Easter or not, it’s a great opportunity to enjoy a long weekend full of laughter and food. Many of our members came together and had their own celebrations.
Our Budapest Stay Healthy Group met on Easter Sunday for a delightful brunch. Between croissants, pancakes, and sourdough bread the group seemed to have a great time together.
On Saturday, 8 April our Mumbai Ambassador, Ashish Vazirani, threw an Easter party and everyone was invited! For the over 100 attendees, the event was a great way to expand their social network and make new friends from around the world.
Because of the seasonal association with early springtime blooms, April’s full moon is often called the “pink” moon. For our members in New Delhi this is a time for change, newness, and freshness. And they celebrated with a Pink Moon party! Of course, the dress codewas summer casuals with lots of pink!
On Friday, 14 April our Cairo Community enjoyed a great evening of delicious Lebanese food at an authentic night club on the Nile! The stunning venue is one of the most famous ones in the cities and was the perfect place for this unique event full of beautiful moments.

Where are our vegan and vegetarian food lovers in Munich? On Saturday, 6 May our members of the Munich Epicureans Group will enjoy a several course dinner at Green Beetle. As expected, this event is in high demand so the attendee limit is currently reached. But: Keep an eye out, and perhaps you can snatch a spot.
Do you live in New Delhi? Then you might want to block Saturday, 22 April in your calendar. The New Delhi Ambassadors are hosting an All-White Party at a rooftop bar! Make sure to join and make some new friends.
