"Non credere alle mie parole" was born from a long inner journey.
Luca Stel wrote it with the rawness of his stumbles and rebirths, transforming experiences and reflections into words that touch and shake.💥❤️‍🩹

"It’s not a book of teachings, nor a manual for happiness. It’s a journey. A deeply personal one that begins with a car accident that shattered many of my certainties and forced me to look inward. From that rupture, a path of transformation opened, touching themes like emotional resilience, the illusion of control, the search for meaning, and the strange magic of healing. ✨

It weaves together autobiographical fragments, reflections, paradoxes, and moments of raw vulnerability. But rather than offer answers, it asks questions. It doesn’t aim to teach, but to resonate – to invite the reader to feel, to reflect, and most of all… to listen to what stirs inside.

I like to think of it as an invitation to unlearn, and to meet ourselves without masks, without noise, and without too much need for certainty."
