Toni Gerez is one of the leading figures in Spanish cheese.
- Part of the El Bulli team and author of several books.
Head-waiter, as well and, sommelier of Castell Peralada Restaurant, has been awarded the first-ever *Michelin Guide* prize for dining room service in Spain and Portugal.
- The award was presented during the Protected content Gala. With over 40 years of experience, Toni Gerez was a key figure in the early days of El Bulli, after which he dedicated himself wholeheartedly to his own project at the award-winning Mas Pau in Avinyonet de Puigventós.
