Dear all,

our journey continues as we explore different cuisines, and this time—true to the purpose of our group—we will discover the traditional dishes of Rome: from pasta to pizza, from starters to meat!

What makes this place truly special is that the pasta is handmade right in front of your eyes, where you can watch a skilled and graceful pasta maker at work. Isn’t that reason enough to join us?

Convinced? Read the rick menu attached via link in the section website and book your spot by Thursday, 26th March, and kindly cancel if you change your mind. We promise we won’t be upset—we will simply appreciate your respect, as it allows others to enjoy the experience.

Last but not least, a few golden rules:

- you only pay for what you eat.

- as the restaurant is very popular, their policies are strict—after 15 minutes, the reservation goes back into the queue, so...

- we will be seated with those present at the agreed time; we will not wait for latecomers, and late arrivals will need to make their own arrangements.

We apologize for the strictness, but this is required by the venue, and we look forward to having you with us and seeing you soon!
