Let’s embark on a journey to understanding and appreciating brandy and Cognac to their fullest expression. We shall taste the wine that eventually becomes eau de vie, along with a delicious Armagnac, before enjoying a selection of the world’s greatest Cognacs. I’ll explain each step, definition, and label so that by the end of the evening, you’ll be a true expert.

We’ll explore terms such as marc, fine, pomace, alambic, head/tail, paradis, hors d’âge, fins bois, brouillis… and delve into the influence of Cognac on popular culture.

What’s more, the food has been specially chosen to pair beautifully with the bottles: dark chocolate, desserts, fruit, blue cheese, charcuterie, and fish—all designed to accentuate the flavours and elevate the experience.
