No prior experience is required. The session is accessible, supportive, and carefully guided, allowing each participant to follow their own rhythm.

It is an invitation to pause, to breathe, and to return to yourself.

The session weaves together conscious breath-work to gently soothe the nervous system and ease stress. For your comfort, you are warmly invited to bring warm socks, a warm drink or water, and something cozy to cover yourself, so you can fully relax and enjoy the journey.
